General Responsibilities
We are seeking a Human Capital and General Affairs (HCGA) Intern to support our HCGA Department in executing its daily operational tasks. The selected candidate will be, under close supervision of Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP), participating in various tasks including but not limited to recruitment, human resources data management, and general affair matters.
Main Tasks
The HCGA Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Under close supervision of HCBP, taking parts In recruitment preparation phase Including but not limited to CV screening and Interview scheduling for Gaia and/or its subsidiaries
- Being an observer in the interview sessions and learn to create an interview report
- Assisting HCBP In maintaining correct and updated records of HR Database and following the filing system guidelines of Gaia and/or its subsidiaries
- Assisting HCGA department in organizing company events
- Assisting HCGA department in other administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualification
- Final year undergraduate in Psychology (preferred), or other related social sciences major
- Good attention to details and comfortable in doing administrative works
- Interested in having hands on experiences In human resources area
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva and other design software is an advantage
- Willing to work from office in Bogor
